| Before you look at any Prowler listed, ask does it have an extended warranty? The reason I say this, is that my Prowler has an extended warranty until October 10, 2013. This is an official Chrysler Service Contract. The booklet I have from the dealer states in bold print “5007 Reasons to Buy the Finest Protection in the Industry."Imagine you buy a car and in 3 months, 6 months, you get my point, the Air Conditioner goes bad. Most people would take it to the dealer and start to cry once they receive the estimate to repair the AC. When you go to the dealer with an official Chrysler extended warranty you know you will only have to pay $100.00 to fix the AC.I am sure now you can understand why it is so important to buy a car with an extended warranty, especially your new Prowler.I am now going to write a 3 page description of the car. If you are looking at a Prowler you probably know about the car. My car is in immaculate condition. You will not find one in better condition. I always babied this car and took care of it like a fine piece of Ethan Allen furniture.I will only send additional photos to serious buyers. | This List was given to me by someone who claims to be an Imperial expert. He drove up in an imperial and showed me pink slips and pictures of his other ones so I do not know but I guess I have to take his word for it! I’m not a car guy I buy them and pay someone else to do the work on them for me! I have owned this car for over 10 years and it set in storage for 6 because I was out of the country working! I started the work on it and did a lot and I do mean a lot $16,000 in receipts. Please find the list down below. This list is very helpful to me. The guy spent three hours here with a mechanic going through the car. He offered me $6700.00 cash because he said the car was rare and very few left made and on the road. I will also say I did not like him as he was arrogant and very unprofessional. I told him that I would get back to him next week. I also want to ad that I have all receipts, original shop manual and repair books. The car is current on registration and has black plates. It is also insured for $25,000. Car Runs strong1) Body is really straight.2) Chips in paint and some missing small paint patches. He said he could match the color and not repaint the entire car.3) One light in rear has a crack. 4) No evidence of rust. 5) Trunk needs reupholstered and the trunk does not stay up. 6) Some chrome needs re-done. 7) Engine has been rebuilt.8) Transmission has been rebuilt and is strong. 9) Muffler and brakes have been redone. 10) Power steering is good, but making a noise he thinks it’s the tires. 11) Needs new top. 12) Has a brand new booty for the top. 13) Interior is nice and looks good. Minor touch up and repair needed. 14) Power Windows work.15) Power top works.16) Heater and air blow seems to work well. 17) Needs minor electrical repair and wiring probably $850.00 bucks maximum. 18) Spare tires 2 total are in good condition and original. 19) Dead Battery but worked after it was charged. 20) No signs of oil or transmission leaks. 21) Radio powered on with an 8 track. Overall this car on a grade of 1-10 and class from a-z I give it an 8 and a w. Once work is done this car will be able to sell for upwards $20,000+Thank you and let me know! |
